How to Create an Event in Under 2 Minutes

Stop the “when are you free?” group-chat spiral. Create a free scheduling poll, share one link, and let everyone vote — no accounts, no apps.

Why group scheduling turns into chaos

Every group has been there: a chat thread with eleven “what about next Thursday?” messages, three conflicting polls in other apps, and zero decisions. Group scheduling fails when the conversation spreads across too many places.

The fix is a single shared link that everyone votes on in seconds. No signups, no installs, no spreadsheet gymnastics.

Create your event in three steps

Go to the create page and choose a mode. “Find a Date” lets you propose multiple dates for people to vote on — the classic scheduling poll. “Set Date” is for a fixed date where people just RSVP yes, no, or maybe.

Give the event a name and add the date options. For a voting event you can add as many dates as you like; guests pick which ones work.

Hit Create, copy the link, and share it anywhere — text, email, Slack, WhatsApp. One link works for everyone.

What guests see

Guests open the link, type their name, and mark each date as yes, maybe, or no. It takes about thirty seconds and requires zero account creation.

Votes appear on your dashboard in real time, so you can watch the herd converge on a date.

Pro tips

Add an optional email as a guest so you can recover your votes on any device later. This never blocks anonymous voting — it is purely optional.

For recurring groups, keep your event link handy; people who voted can come back and update their availability any time.
