How to Let Guests Propose and Vote on Venues
Not just the date — let the group propose venues too. Here is how venue proposals keep the decision in one place.

One link for dates and venues
Beyond dates, Herder lets the group propose and vote on venues. Anyone with the link can suggest a place, and everyone votes on the shortlist — no separate poll needed.
How proposals work
The host enables venue proposals when creating the event. Guests add suggestions alongside their date votes, and the group votes them up or down.
The best-proposed venue surfaces right on the dashboard next to the date consensus, so the whole decision lives in one place.
When venue proposals shine
Dinner rotations, team offsites, birthday dinners, or any event where “where should we go?” is the real question. It collapses two decision threads into one.
